Who is Mid-South RC&D?

We are part of the nation-wide USDA program administered by the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). The Mid-South RC&D council serves the citizens of the 8 counties making up our region in central Alabama. We do this by providing opportunities to plan and implement projects in our communities to make them a better place to live. Our goal is to bring together our citizens and their needs and concerns to provide opportunities and solutions that will positively impact our economic growth and conserve our rich resources.
